Executive suites, also known as business centers, are individual office rentals with shared common space and services. A normal services package includes one or more fully furnished approximately 100 square foot offices through a common lobby with access to conference rooms, copy facilities, and a break room. A variety of services are also available including phone system and service, reception services including call greeting and announcing, T1 internet access, black and white and color copies, secretarial services and a concierge service.
At West Park Executive Suites we have two state of the art conference rooms available for hourly, half-day, and daily use. The first floor conference room will seat up to 16 people comfortably. The room includes a 56” high definition plasma television, DVD, VCR, and conference phones. The conference table includes internet ports and power in the center of the table. The room is made complete with tackable wall surface and whiteboard built into the walls. The second floor conference room will seat up to 12 and can be converted into a classroom setting . The room is equipped with a 52” high definition plasma television, DVD, VCR and conference phone. Catering is also available upon request. West Park has several conference room capabilities so if you need something special please feel free to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. At West Park our staff ‘s number one priority is making sure our clients are satisfied.
